LifePoint Picture Make Up Day

Parents,

Your students picture make up day is on November 19th, 2024.

Please read carefully and follow each step!

**IF YOU'VE ALREADY PURCHASED A PHOTO PACKAGE, AND YOUR STUDENT WAS ABESENT ON PICTURE DAY, DO NOT PURCHASE A NEW PACKAGE. WE HAVE THE CURRENT ABSENTEE'S ON FILE. **

The package you're purchasing includes two individual (headshot type) photos, and one class photo. With the option to purchase more images a la carte at $7 dollars per image. These photos will be available via digital download and will be sent directly to your email that you provide on your ordering sheet below. **WHEN ORDERING. In the notes area, please provide your child's name and your email address you want the photos sent to. **

Package Information:
The price of this package is $35 dollars (plus a $2 processing fee). Once purchased, this package is non-fundable but is transferable with any package (excluding weddings) purchased through Danyele Vaughn Photography, LLC. By purchasing this package, you are in agreement with the terms above.

Printing information-
You are not required to print directly from Danyele Vaughn Photography, LLC. but the option is available once the photos are complete, and the images have been downloaded.

Reminder-
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER FORM IS CORRECT! Please add Child's first and last name, and the email you'd like your gallery sent to in the ordering notes.
